Do you offer a puppy school?
No. Focus On Dog Training does not offer puppy school. However, our private training In-home is perfect for young pups to learn without distraction. Our trainers can also bring along older, calm dogs for socialisation.

How much does dog training cost?
Our private in-home dog training sessions across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs (including Werribee, Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing, Port Melbourne and Melton) offer transparent pricing so you know what to expect. A single In-home training session is $250.00. To visit us to train costs $170.00 per session.

How do I book an in-home dog training session?
Booking is easy. Simply visit our services page and choose a training option and time that suits you. All bookings are made online, and we provide private in-home dog training across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs, including Werribee, Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing, Port Melbourne and Melton.
Do I need to pay upfront when booking?
A deposit is made at the time of booking to secure your session. This allows us to manage availability and ensures your in-home dog training appointment is confirmed. The balance of payment is then due at the time of your session and can be paid to our Dog Trainer via EFT or cash.
Is in-home dog training more expensive than group classes?
In-home dog training is an investment in your dogs long-term behaviour. Because we work directly with you and your dog in your own environment, many owners see faster and more lasting results compared to group classes.
Do you travel outside my suburb, and is there a travel fee?

Can I book for more than one dog?

Yes, our dog trainer is experienced and can train aggressive dogs. We are equip with bite protection equipment and can work with you to address aggressive behaviour. When booking online, there will be space for you to indicate your dogs level of aggression.
